Reason for objection:

This is appears to be a highly dubious application. We have physically inspected the outside of the building, the former Cricketers’ Arms, which is boarded up & in a state of semi-dereliction. Notwithstanding the evidence presented by the applicant, it seems most unlikely that any part of the building is a residential unit or indeed fit for human habitation.

The application relates to what was the first floor meeting room only. It is not at all clear how one actually gets there from street level.
