Reason for objection:

Objection.

This applicant has referenced a 2016 consent allowing a Perspex finish to fascia signage. However, standards have moved on since then & these proposals are not acceptable under the LPA’s current guidance on development in CAs. In particular, any signage should ideally comprise traditional hand painted lettering or at least individually cut powder coated aluminium letters displayed on risers.
