This proposal is for substantial extensions of the unremarkable extant 1960s building - including raising the roof. The plans are well-thought through and supported with full design, access and heritage and arboriculture statements, cognisant of the CA. Views are protected by mature trees. The proposed works would be a welcome improvement on the existing.
