Reason for objection:

Objection. Completely incongruous in size & appearance. This unit’s bulk & permanent illumination would cause less than substantial harm to the character of the CA. In addition, it would cut across the existing cycle path & interfere with the nearby pedestrian crossing. It must be refused.
