Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. We support the applicant’s intention to repaint this restaurant frontage in a more muted colour. However, we still object to the first floor ‘sail’ banners - even though the applicant is seeking to reduce their colour impact - & the unchanged plastic signage to front & rear of the premises. These features are in breach of the LPA’s CAGG & in order to comply the banners should be removed & the signage upgraded in quality.
