Reason:

No objection. If anything, a modest improvement to the frontage of the existing premises. Flat C would be barely compliant with minimum space standards. & would the reduction in size of ground floor commercial unit (to allow access to the proposed three new flats) be caught by the Council’s Article 4 direction on conversion of commercial units to residential?
