Reason for objection:

Objection. We objected to the recent alterations to 1 Albany Mews, next door in this detached block of four flats. However, those alterations are minor & partially screened from public view by landscaping compared to this planning application. The application, including its extended porch, wrap around bay, front dormer & other new windows, would overwhelm the host property, jar with its neighbours all of which remain largely in their original state, be clearly visible from the public highway & detract significantly from the character & appearance of the conservation area. It should therefore be refused.
