Reason for objection:

Objection. Although in a cul de sac, screened from public view (apart from immediate neighbours), this would be an incongruous feature (a substantial shed of basic light oak panels with felt roof) & conflict with the LPA’s CAGG. The proposed ridge height of 2.65m appears to exceed the standard benchmark for PDRs of 2.5m (even though they do not apply in this case).
