Of the two amendments for which agreement for a NMA are sought, condition 1 relates to following the approved plans and condition 5 the requirement for a detailed landscaping scheme to be drawn up and approved prior to occupation. No information is given as to either the deviation from the plans or the change of wording to the latter condition. With this lack of detail, the CAAC cannot come to a decision.
