Reason:
With regard to the character of the building and grounds, Unilever undertakes maintenance work at Four Acres with due care and diligence - and the work in this proposal is no exception. Roofing materials will be retained or replaced with matching - and the arboriculture management plan for the nearby trees has been professionally carried out.
