We have been supportive of the proposed rebranding of the shop frontage (22/02912). It is unclear whether any changes will be made to the rear side/ Union Street elevation of this retail unit which lies within the CA. Proposed changes to the interior do not appear to interfere with the historic fabric of the listed building.
