No details are provided about the nature of business to be undertaken in the new studio and workshop. There would be no objection from SCAAC provided that the nature of the business to be conducted in the new studio does not compromise the residential nature of the CA. Home working would for example be acceptable but a business requiring significant access by outside parties would not.
