Reason for objection:

No impact on conservation as no external changes notified, but objection because: the previous planning permission of 2014 has long since expired; the existing Article 4 direction on the town centre is clear that planning permission is required for any office/ commercial to residential; the proposed flat should be measured properly as the sum of its parts appears to fall short of the legal minimum space standard of 37sqm.
