Reason:

The principle of the footprint, scale and design of this building has already been granted permission and is under construction. The design variations sought through this process of variation of condition are minor and relate to changing the garage material from white bricks to white render and changes to the front elevation around the entrance from brick to vertical cladding. The design is of a modern nature and this is welcomed. No objections.
