Reason:

Positive support As with their previous PA we are supportive of this applicant’s desire to restore this property, which is a positive contributor to the CA, to largely its original built form. We consider the proposed new external additions/ detailing to be of good quality & sympathetic to the character & appearance of the original building & its setting.

We cannot opine, however, on the proposed change from two family-sized units to one plus a studio flat, although we note that the latter would appear to meet the legal minimum sizing for its type.
