Reason:

No objection. This is a substantial application, part of the Eden Walk regeneration scheme which has already been consented to by RBK. The particular proposal here concerns the re-siting of the grade 2 listed war memorial, within Memorial Gardens, to facilitate completion of the new public realm there. The re-siting has been widely consulted on & this proposal is the favoured outcome. KTN CAAC is supportive.
