Reason:
The proposal is to replace the listed items (fascia, soffits etc) with composite materials and not the stated uPVC in the above description. While maintaining the stance that like-for-like wood would be preferable, the CAAC accepts the replacement of the proposal for uPVC by composite. (For avoidance of doubt, the CAAC maintains its objection to the front door (in planning application 24/02174 for the same property) on the grounds of its design is not in-keeping with the extant elevation, rather than for its use of composite.)
