Reason for objection:

Objection. We are pleased that officers refused this applicant’s previous PA 25/01845. The new PA does little to address the officer’s criticisms of form & design. The proposed west-side extension & first floor balcony are out of all proportion to the host property & its neighbours & would cause harm to the character & appearance of the CA.
