Reason for objection:

Objection. We objected to PAs 22/02256 & 22/02257 on principle ie replacement of traditional timber sash windows with uPVC units, even if ‘conservation grade’, clearly visible from the public realm. PA/01330 is an extension of that. Other interventions proposed (eg ASHP, AC) appear to be less visually impactful & therefore satisfactory.
