No objection.

This PA states there is no previous planning history for this property. Untrue. 24/01771 was submitted by the same applicant last year. We found no conservation reasons for objection to that application but were concerned about the adverse impact of the proposed new extension on the limited amenity space to the rear of the property. Officers refused it because the commercial floor space shown by the applicant in the submitted plans was significantly less than the rateable value records. 24/03129 appears to correct this & is otherwise similar in other respects to 24/01771.
