Reason for objection:

Objection.

We do not favour the demolition of the existing front porch, parts of which are original to the main property. The proposed replacement two storey all-glass structure is not subservient to the original property or in keeping with its character & appearance or of the prevailing architectural typology of the CA.

We are also concerned that builders are already on site, have boarded up the front boundary & are gutting the interior of the property before determination of this PA. The case officer should urgently raise this concern with Enforcement/ Building Control.
