Reason for objection:

The extant Tudor Cottage is locally listed, of townscape merit and visually important to the character of the CA as originally established - black timbers on white walls - and its core is linked to listed Cedar Court which it fronts at a distance. Its demolition would be of significant negative impact to the character of this part of the CA. The developers had received a pre-application go-ahead in principle to demolish and replace, to which we strongly disagree.
