No objection. This PA is basically unchanged from the previous version & our comments submitted in October 2024, save for a DAS corrected for typos & an additional heritage impact statement which recounts the history of this important public asset & is largely supportive of the planning application.

No objection.

The applicant has engaged closely with us in finalising their plans over the last month or so & addressed the majority of our concerns. We are grateful for this.

Overall, we are satisfied with the revised drawings attached to this PA except for the inclusion of ‘gentle play’ features in what is primarily a space for reflection & contemplation. The applicant has sought to justify this aspect in writing to us but we remain somewhat unconvinced & will monitor it in practice with vigilance.
