Reason:

No objection. This PA follows 25/02638 which we had no objection to but was withdrawn by the applicant in response to some concerns expressed by neighbours. The applicant has sought to address those concerns in this new application namely by adding a low screen to the north & east elevations of the campus to hide the proposed new roof plant. It would barely intrude on the public realm.
