No objection. Limited impact on street scene. No mature trees/ TPOs at risk but skylights to proposed new rear extension should be conservation-type (unspecified by applicant). Also & although screened from public view, the proposed aluminium casement windows to the new rear extension should be conditioned as very limited detail on them has been provided by the applicant.
