Reason:

This is a proposal for a single storey flat roofed rear extension and two roof windows at the rear. The rear extension is not controversial though it is flat roofed as it reflects the character of the area. There is not sufficient detail about existing materials so it would be appropriate to request a condition that materials should match existing. Subject to this no objections.
