Reason for objection:

The new windows should all be wooden framed to maintain consistency with the existing property - the new development proposes a mix of wood and uPVC. SCAAC are also concerned that with a large number of residents, particularly if the business is used for short-term lets, will adversely impact the character of the CA locally.
