Reason for objection:

The two new houses are incongruous being 3 storey and having flat roofs. Owing to their height, the windows on the 2nd floor bedrooms overlook the houses and gardens in Kirkleas Road and Southborough Road, in Southborough CA. The flat-roof design is not complementary with the surrounding area either in Southborough CA or Graham Gardens where the houses are of traditional pitched roof design.
