No objection.
The proposed new rear extension is of little consequence to the CA because it is hidden from public view. The proposed new outbuilding, however, is of remarkably ugly appearance & not at all sympathetic to the main host property even if it is not visible from the public realm.
The same applicant has also submitted what is in effect a retrospective application (24/01908) for work to the main roof etc of this property. This work has already been completed - allegedly on safety grounds. Whilst we find the new roof & removal of *2 chimney stacks difficult to object to on planning grounds (because there are precedents for this on the same street) nevertheless we would encourage officers to chastise the applicant for carrying out the work without permission.
