Reason for objection:

Objection. These works were completed several weeks before this PA was validated in breach of planning law. The fascia signage comprises cheap acrylic lettering, brightly lit, & should be removed as it is in contravention of the LPA’s guidance on development in CAs. Furthermore, the projecting signs are in clear breach of the same guidelines - only one such sign is permitted & it must not be illuminated.

Without these changes this application will cause harm to the setting of the grade 1 listed Clattern Bridge & grade 2 listed Guildhall, both in close proximity.
