Householder application. Details: Alterations to front
entrance wall including raising the wall piers to 1.6m and increasing the width to approx. 2.8m, raising of overall height of the wall to approx. 1.5m creating a low level wall with cedar cladding. Within the Richmond Road conservation area.
This is a large detached property, set-back from the road and the proposed changes are modest and appear reasonable.
