Reason:
This street has a variety of building styles and there is no consistency of character and style with many properties having been extended and altered significantly to maximise the potential of their sites. The application building is part of a semi detached pair. The other half has been extended and the separate halves are not symmetrical. This proposal though different from its neighbour would restore a balance in scale and proportions between the two halves. The materials and fenestration would match the existing. Therefore no objections. No objections
