Reason for objection:

Objection. The drawings of the proposed side elevation show a different arrangement of front door & ground floor windows from existing, which has not been captured elsewhere in this PA. Also, we do not support the usage of UPVC in a CA: materials should be like for like ie traditional timber in accordance with the LPA’s revised guidance on development in CAs.
