Reason:

Lack of detail. This PA should not have been validated in its present form. These would be the first roof mounted solar panels on a residential building in this street yet there are no clear illustrations of proposed panels. We need to know type of panels eg over-the-roof or integrated? Number? Colour? before assessing this application. They must be high quality, tone in with the roofscape & not face the CA - note the side elevation is visible from the public realm.
