Reason for objection:

These plans show no piggy back roof extension so how do they relate to PA 24/00163 from the same applicant. This needs to be resolved prior to any decision. No comment on new fenestration as it is largely like for like traditional sash windows nor on the new rear extension which is not visible from the public realm. However, the addition of nine roof lights, even though conservation grade, seems excessive & will be clearly visible from the highway.
