Reason:

No objection. This location is not in a CA, but a SASC that abuts N Riverside CA. Design of proposed toilet block is ugly but then so is the southern approach to the CA. Although the structure would be screened from sight by existing vegetation there is a risk of it becoming a magnet for vandalism & graffiti like the Admiralty Building pump room directly adjacent. The applicant (LPA) appears to have given no consideration to this.
